Down south

I'm posting a few pics from Barcelona, somewhat out of sequence and a bit later than I'd planned, but somehow I wasn't up to going through the enormous amount of pictures I took while down there. Maybe it was the fact that I had just spent three weeks in the mountains, but I couldn't accommodate the hoards of tourists and get used to the fact that I was to spend six days in a fair-sized city instead of wandering along forgotten mountain trails. Anyhow, here's a taste of what this particular Spanish "town" looks like.

PS Perhaps later I'll get around to posting an excerpt or two from a (very short-lived) diary I kept -- part out of boredom, partly out of curiosity what I would end up writing about..
